My reply:
Hi Kim,

You are NOT authorized to access my server!
I want you to inform me why was my VPS restarted without my knowledge. Also, i wish to know why i wasn't inform after the restart. This should provide enough information for you:

# uptime09:57:40 up 18:55, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

I can give you a hint if you wish: check the master host!

Thank you,
2nd answer:
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Server Support regarding your 'alwayshere.net' server.

Regarding the restart that occurred, I have checked and verified that the parent server was rebooted due to unexpected maintenance performed on the server. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. As it was unexpected, no email would have been sent to notify you that a reboot was going to occur. As well, at this time, our system is not setup to notify customers when a reboot has occurred. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us if you have any further issues.
